Guillaume Baril.
Guillaume has over 25 years of experience in business leadership and growth strategy, including a successful career in banking and entrepreneurship.
He was previously the CEO of a B2B supply distribution company, where he led the business to a profitable exit. He then went on to build and lead a global toy manufacturer’s business unit focused on Amazon, scaling it to over $100 million in sales across 14 countries within four years.
His experience includes managing complex sales channels, navigating Amazon marketplaces at scale, and building strategic relationships with Amazon leaders in the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asia.
Guillaume has worked with a wide range of brands, helping them grow sustainably in competitive e-commerce environments.

Julie Forman.
Julie has over 25 years of experience in leadership, operational excellence, and marketing transformation.
Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at SSENSE, a billion-dollar global e-commerce company, where she scaled the organization’s people strategy during a period of rapid growth. Prior to that, she spent eight years at Korn Ferry as a Senior Partner in the North American Marketing Officers Practice, advising global companies on senior marketing leadership and broader organizational transformation.
Previously, Julie served as Chief Marketing Officer for GE Canada, overseeing cross-enterprise strategies across GE’s industrial, technology, and manufacturing businesses. Her expertise in global supply chains, performance optimization, and operational growth translates seamlessly into scaling brands on Amazon and across digital marketplaces.
